Pickling of steel sheets
Chemical pickling service with hydrochloric acid, for materials in coils from 7 to 25 Ton. with thicknesses from 0.050" to 0.25" and widths from 30" to 60" for hot rolling in different steel grades up to 80 KSI. With PUSH-PULL technology that avoids butt welds and waste, we can develop 3/8" minimum in thicknesses from 0.060 to 0.187".
Cutting and leveling with memory removal (Temper)
Cross-cutting service with memory loss guarantee for hot rolled and pickled materials in gauges: 0.060" to 0.656"; roll widths from: 36" to 96" at standard or custom lengths and maximum materials in grade 80, tolerances in accordance with ASTM A6 and ASTM a 568.

Custom Slitting (SLITTER)
Slitting service for hot rolled and pickling, in thicknesses from 0.036 to 0.500"; maximum roll width 74" and maximum roll weight 27 tons.

Pieces Sand blast
Cleaning service or removal of rust from materials by means of Sand Blast (high pressure sand) for subsequent application of paint, to materials such as: mill plate, level sheets, structural profiles, pipes, beams, channels, HSS, etc .
Joist Manufacturing
The JOIST line covers spans up to 16.8 m with available spans up to 70 cm. or customer requirements, formed by high resistance steel ropes (ASTM A 572 G-50) cold rolled and 3/8" to 7/8" round wire lattice in ASTM A-36 steel welded with micro wire and/or manual welding according to AWS complying with AISC, AISI and SJI standards.
